CRE8 Network Investments, is a group company mainly pioneering the British Engineering and Manufacturing sectors, with special interests in areas such as: Automotive, Aerospace, Medical, Pharmaceutical, Land Development and Oil & Gas projects. We have a strong background in Corporate communications and design, which is at the backbone of everything that we do.

respectively. Both businesses have had a good start to the year following a strategic rebrand and reposition developed by the CRE8 NETWORK Brand and Marketing teams.
CRE8 Network Investments currently manages all design and project enquiries for the group, where we then filter all technical projects and production to the appropriate group business. We have also implemented online ordering, fast efficient turnaround and nationwide delivery throughout the business.
ACQUISITION & BUSINESS GROWTH STRATEGYWith our core competencies CRE8 Network Investments is looking to expand operations via acquisition with complimentary businesses to the group. We then implement high-level brand and marketing communication structures to help grow the business further. This is then accompanied with on-going support to grow any of our business ventures internally or externally. We also offer this as standalone service to companies who need a strategic turnaround and growth strategy.We have developed our platform for growth, which we call the Brand Acquisition Marketing Platform.

when required. We use the power, knowledge and extensive experience within the group to help

For your business to be considered for purchase, we are looking at businesses with the following criteria:
• Business Revenue: £1-30m+ (Ideally)
• Min EBITDA: £250-500K+ (£1m+ Favoured)
• Ideally, we would like a good second tier Management in place
• Positive year-on-year growth for the last 3 years of operations
• Strong asset base if possible
• We will consider businesses that have been on sale for over 6-12 months+, which have been difficult to sell
Regarding valuations, we require the following company financial information to properly evaluate your business:

• Last 3 years of filed audited accounts
• The Latest up to date monthly management accounts (Including the P&L/Income statement and balance sheet)
• Full Asset list (This must include age of machinery / Estimated Value / Purchase price, Plus Year of Purchase, and any outstanding debt (If any) / Serial Number and brief description of each item. Please email us for a template if required.
• List of current mortgages, charges and debentures
• Property Information (And any valuations)
• Current year forecast and future years (if available)
• List of personal guarantees (If any)
• Summary of any debt (with related security), leases, hire purchase including amount outstanding, debt provider, and period left to run
